Do you offer wholesale?

I don’t currently offer wholesale.

Can I collect my order in-person?

I don’t offer local delivery or in-person collection at this time; all orders are delivered directly to your door via Royal Mail. You can read more about delivery here.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, I only deliver within the UK (Scotland, England, Wales) and don’t offer international delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I place it?

Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days from the date you place your order. I quote this to account for any unexpected delays beyond my control – though most orders arrive sooner!

Please note: Working days are Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Nope! Your delivery is trackable, with SMS and email updates. No signature is required, and Royal Mail provides you with the option to reschedule your delivery, leave it with a neighbour, or leave it in a safe place.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email titled “Your order is on the way” once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking link.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

In short, yes, but you need to be quick! If you’d like to make a change, please contact me via the contact form above as soon as possible.

I’ll always do my best to help, but once your order has been packed or posted, I’m unable to make any changes. In that case, you’ll need to place a separate order.

If you’re adding something to your order, it will be held until payment for the additions is received.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order by contacting me via the form above or by replying to your confirmation email as long as your order hasn’t been packed or posted.

I’ll always do my best to help, but once your order is packed or posted, I’m unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep it once it arrives, you can return it. You can read more about returns and refunds here.
