I aim to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible – because I know you and your dog are eagerly waiting!

 

Processing Time

Subject to product availability, your order will dispatch within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). I always aim to dispatch sooner, wherever possible.

 

UK Delivery Timeframes & Costs

I currently deliver across the UK (Scotland, England, and Wales) via Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes around 2 working days* (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Your delivery is trackable, with email updates and options to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

  • Up to 2kg – £5.00
  • Over 2kg (Up to 20kg) – £8.50
  • Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Local Delivery / Collection

I do not offer local delivery or collection – all orders are delivered directly to your door via Royal Mail.

 

International Delivery

Currently, I do not offer international delivery.

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) of the delivery due date, please get in touch so I can look into it. I'll always do my best to help. You can contact me via the form on my contact page.
