I want you and your dog to be happy with your order! If something’s not quite right, here’s how I can help:
Change of Mind
If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your unused item (exemptions apply) by contacting me within 14 days of delivery for a full exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges) via the form on my contact page. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
You then have 14 days from the date you notify me to return the item.
Return postage costs are paid for by you, and you are responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipping. I recommend using a trackable service to return your items.
Refunds will be issued for items returned in line with this policy, excluding any delivery charges.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number via the form on my contact page. I’ll then ask you to provide photos and sort it out as quickly as possible – either with a full exchange or refund of the item.
Replacements, if applicable and subject to availability, will be sent once I’ve received the returned item.
Refunds will be made for damaged, faulty or incorrect items returned within 30 days, including any delivery charges you paid for the return of the item.

How to Start a Return
Please contact me with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return via the form on my contact page, and I’ll guide you through the process from there.
Non-Returnable Items
Exemptions apply for returns. I can’t accept returns on the following items:
- Items that have been used or are in poor condition.
- Items that have been opened and are no longer in their original condition and/or packaging.

Perishable items such as food.
- Items marked as damaged sale items.
- Items made to your specifications or personalised.

Digital goods (such as ebooks).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase once I have received and inspected the returned item(s). You’ll get an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your refund email for the refund to show in your account.
